Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
